As the CEO and Founder of The Annex Group, LLC, a developer of affordable, workforce, student and market rate housing, Kyle believes in and lives the mission of the organization. Creating a positive impact with the people who live, work and are involved in our communities is the foundation of The Annex Group and resonates with Kyle and his personal story. With a people first culture, the team knows the importance of fostering a positive environment for the residents and going the extra mile to ensure the people who live in their communities are valued, acknowledged, and listened to.

Founder of Impact Housing Indiana, Corp.Surpassing the standard is the heart of Impact Housing Indiana Corp. “When we created Annex Management and began to interact daily within our communities’, we realized the need for additional resources and support for our residents. Our on-site teams do an amazing job creating a positive impact and caring for our residents; however, we wanted to do more,” said Kyle. Impact Housing was founded in 2023 with the purpose of enriching lives. According to Kyle, it is the “relentless pursuit of enriching lives”.
Impact Housing will provide nutrition programs, financial wellness support, and various initiatives that will evolve based on resident needs and community involvement. According to Kyle, “We want to support our residents to thrive in their life, even beyond their time living with us. If we can be the catalyst that helps a resident achieve their dreams, we have succeeded.”
